How often does the status page update?
The page refreshes its live view about every 60 seconds. Each service card also shows the latest observation time returned by the central XboxDB monitoring API. A refresh is not a guarantee that every Microsoft service is sampled at exactly the same second.
Is only Xbox checked, or are other services included?
XboxDB monitors a defined set of Xbox and Microsoft gaming endpoints, including sign-in, profiles, social features, achievements, Store and Game Pass related services. The monitored set is listed on the Network page and can change as endpoints are retired or added.
Why can a service be missing from the history?
The history contains observations received by the monitoring workers. Short collection gaps, endpoint changes or maintenance can leave an interval without a measurement. XboxDB does not invent values for missing observations; use the last checked timestamp and the incident view as context.
Why does XboxDB provide this status page?
XboxDB is an independent fan project that makes service availability and response-time observations easier to understand. It is not an official Microsoft or Xbox service and does not speak for Microsoft.
